These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you and Englishwithpapi("we", "us", "our"), the seller of the Speak Like a Brit interactive ebook and related content (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service provides access to an online interactive ebook that teaches British English phrases and expressions. Access is granted on a one-time-purchase basis for personal, non-commercial use.
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

All content, software, design, text, audio, and branding in the Service are owned by Englishwithpapi or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the ebook for personal use. All other rights are reserved.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change and access may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
